The story of Oriental Express begins many, many years ago when a young traveller, full of curiosity and passion for Asian cuisine and culture, decided to take an unforgettable trip to the Far East.
In order to discover the secrets of the authentic Asian culinary art, he started his journey from China, crossing different regions and drawing inspiration from every corner of its gastronomy.
He went from the impressive flavours of Beijing, to the aromas of Shanghai, the spicy cuisine of Sichuan and the harmony of the aromas of Canton.
Oriental Express became the vehicle that would bring to food lovers the authentic, quality Asian cuisine!
Each area revealed the complexity and balance that characterizes Asian cuisine. The revelation was not limited to the food, but included the culture, tradition and history of the people who created it. This deep knowledge took root in him and became the foundation for something greater.
Several years later, two brothers, inspired by the stories and passion of this friend, decided to create Oriental Express. Having inherited a love for gastronomy and authenticity, they have brought the knowledge and experiences from the East to the modern world.
