Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 200–250g fresh salmon (raw or lightly cooked)
  • 2–3 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tbsp Sriracha sauce mixed with Oriental Express coconut milk

  • Crumbled nori sheets

The ultimate sushi bake! A warm, oven-baked dish featuring layers of seasoned sushi rice, a creamy seafood filling, and rich sauces, baked to golden perfection. The ultimate crowd-pleaser, perfect for sharing!

Prepare the Salmon Layer

  • In a bowl, combine finely chopped or flaked salmon with mayonnaise, Sriracha, cream cheese, and sliced green onions. Mix until well incorporated and creamy.

Layer the Base

  • Spread the cooked sushi rice evenly into a baking dish or shallow pan. Top with a layer of crumbled nori (seaweed) sheets to add a savory crunch.

Assemble and Bake

  • Spoon the salmon mixture over the rice layer, spreading it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes, until heated through and slightly bubbling.

Garnish and Serve
