- Heat large pot over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced ginger, garlic, ground cumin, turmeric, and mild chili powder. Sauté for about 30 seconds, stirring frequently until fragrant.
- Add the tomato paste and continue sautéing for another 30 seconds. Pour in the Oriental Express Coconut Milk and chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes while you prepare the beef.
