Sweet Chilli with Breaded Chicken:
- Marinate and Coat the ChickenMix the chicken pieces with soy sauce and white pepper.
Dip each piece into the beaten egg and then coat thoroughly with Oriental Express Panko.
Press the panko firmly to ensure it sticks well to the chicken. - Fry the Chicken
- Deep-fry or shallow-fry in oil heated to 175–185°C in small batches. Cook until golden brown and crispy (approx. 2–3 minutes).
