Spicy Rice Noodles with Minced Beef and Sriracha!

A quick and incredibly flavorful recipe that brings Asian street food into your kitchen. The combination of tender minced meat with spicy sriracha and light rice noodles creates a dish with depth of flavor and irresistible aromas that you’ll love from the very first bite.

We start by preparing the rice noodles, soaking them in hot water until they soften, then draining them and setting them aside.

In a bowl we mix the soy sauce the sriracha and the brown sugar until our sauce mixture is well combined.

In a large skillet or wok we heat the sesame oil over high heat and add the minced meat sautéing until it is well browned and crumbly. We add the garlic, the ginger and the white parts of the spring onions continuing to sauté for one more minute until they release their aromas.

We add the noodles to the pan along with the prepared sauce and toss well over high heat so the sauce evenly coats all the ingredients and the noodles absorb the liquids. We remove from the heat and garnish with the green parts of the spring onions the sesame seeds and fresh cilantro before serving.
