Beef fillet with Noodles

Ingredients

  • 370g. Noodles Family Oriental Express Noodles
  • 500g. Beef fillet in thin slices
  • 200g mushrooms in thin slices
  • 1 red pepper in thin slices
  • 1 dry onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Freshly chopped onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of Baby Spinach
  • 80ml Soy Sauce Blue Dragon
  • 2 tablespoons. Oriental Express Chili Sauce
  • 2 tsp. Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Blue Dragon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp. Peanuts (optional)

Execution

  1. In a bowl, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, garlic and oyster sauce and marinate the meat for 10 minutes.
  2. Boil the noodles according to the instructions and drain.
  3. In a wok or non-stick pan, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the beef fillets with their marinade, onion, red pepper and sauté for 10 minutes until well browned.
  4. Then add the spinach and mushrooms and stir until soft.
  5. Add the noodles, stir and serve with fresh onions and peanuts.
