- In a bowl, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili sauce, garlic and oyster sauce and marinate the meat for 10 minutes.
- Boil the noodles according to the instructions and drain.
- In a wok or non-stick pan, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the beef fillets with their marinade, onion, red pepper and sauté for 10 minutes until well browned.
- Then add the spinach and mushrooms and stir until soft.
- Add the noodles, stir and serve with fresh onions and peanuts.
