Beef with Chinese Curry & Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 350 g veal fillet cut into thin strips
  • 1 jar of Blue Dragon Chinese Curry Sauce
  • 300g Oriental Express Egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of Blue Dragon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Blue Dragon Soy Sauce
  • 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped

Execution

  1. Prepare the egg noodles following the instructions on the packet.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pan and add the beef.
  3. Add the soy sauce and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Then add the bell pepper, garlic and spring onion to the wok.
  5. Sauté for another 2 minutes.
  6. Finally, add the Chinese Curry Sauce and mix for 1 minute until the ingredients are combined.
  7. Pour the egg noodles into the wok, mix well and serve immediately
