Succulent beef stir-fried with vegetables in rich Chinese curry sauce, served over soft noodles. A quick and flavorful Asian-style dish perfect for any night.

  • Cook the egg noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add the beef to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add the soy sauce and stir well to coat the beef.

  • Add the bell pepper, garlic, and spring onion to the wok. Sauté for another 2 minutes.

  • Stir in the Chinese curry sauce and cook for 1 minute, mixing until everything is well combined.

  • Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok. Toss everything together until evenly mixed and heated through.

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
