- Prepare the egg noodles following the instructions on the packet.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pan and add the beef.
- Add the soy sauce and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add the bell pepper, garlic and spring onion to the wok.
- Sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the Chinese Curry Sauce and mix for 1 minute until the ingredients are combined.
- Pour the egg noodles into the wok, mix well and serve immediately
