Beef with Chinese Curry & Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 350 g veal fillet cut into thin strips
  • 1 jar of Blue Dragon Chinese Curry Sauce
  • 300g Oriental Express Egg Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of Blue Dragon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Blue Dragon Soy Sauce
  • 1 red pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped

Execution

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the beef to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  4. Add the soy sauce and stir well to coat the beef.

  5. Add the bell pepper, garlic, and spring onion to the wok. Sauté for another 2 minutes.

  6. Stir in the Chinese curry sauce and cook for 1 minute, mixing until everything is well combined.

  7. Add the cooked egg noodles to the wok. Toss everything together until evenly mixed and heated through.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
