Enjoy a quick and tasty dish with Egg Noodles, tender chicken, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce. A perfect balance of savory and sweet Asian flavors, ready in minutes!
Combine authentic products of Asian cuisine in an easy and quick dish with Egg Noodles, Chicken, Sweet Chili Sauce!
Preparation
- In a bowl, prepare the marinade: add 1/3 of a cup of the marinade and add the 1 tablespoon of the ingredients: 1 tablespoon of 1 teaspoon Sweet Chili Sauce for Dipping.
- Cut the chicken fillets into strips, spread the marinade and leave for 20′.
For the Noodles
- Add water to a pot and as soon as it boils, remove from the heat and add the Egg Noodles for 4 minutes, stirring gently.
- Strain and set aside.
For the Stir Fry
- Place a wok or frying pan over high heat and once it is hot, add 2 tablespoons. Sousse oil and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Sauté the Baby corn, yellow pepper, green beans and onion for 3-4 minutes, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the marinated chicken strips.
- Sauté until golden brown and all the liquid is removed from the pan.
- Add the vegetables and the chopped tomatoes. Egg Noodles and mix all ingredients for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 2 tablespoons of Sweet Chili Sauce for Dipping, stir one last time and serve on plates or in bowls.
- Sprinkle your dishes with some chopped cashews and enjoy!
