Stir-Fry Chicken with Sweet Chilli Sauce | Stir-Fry Chicken with Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingredients

120g. Sweet Chili Sauce

2 tablespoons sunflower oil

2 slices of ginger, finely chopped

2 cloves Garlic, peeled and sliced

500g chicken fillet, cut into strips

3 sprigs of celery, thinly sliced

150g peas

1 Red Pepper, cut into strips

Execution

  1. In a wok or a pan, add the sunflower oil and let it burn very well.
  2. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 20-30 seconds.
  3. Add the chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
  4. Then add the celery, peas, red pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
  5. Add the sweet chili sauce and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes slightly thick.
  6. Serve immediately.
