- In a wok or a pan, add the sunflower oil and let it burn very well.
- Add the ginger and garlic and sauté for 20-30 seconds.
- Add the chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
- Then add the celery, peas, red pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables soften.
- Add the sweet chili sauce and stir until the sauce thickens and becomes slightly thick.
- Serve immediately.
