Ingredients

For the Chicken Teriyaki with Mushrooms and Sesame Seeds :

1 jar of Blue Dragon Teriyaki Sauce
300g of Oriental Express Rice Noodles or Basmati Rice
2 tablespoons of Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce Blue Dragon
350 g chicken breasts cut into thin strips
4-5 fresh mushrooms cut into thin slices
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 clove of garlic
2 spring onions, finely chopped

Execution

Juicy chicken glazed with teriyaki sauce, sautéed mushrooms, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. A savory Asian recipe full of flavor and balance.

Prepare the noodles or rice following the instructions on the package.
We heat the Blue Dragon Sesame Oil in a wok or deep pan and add the chicken.
Add the Blue Dragon Soy Sauce and sauté for 2 minutes.
Then add the mushrooms, garlic and spring onion to the wok.
Sauté for another 2 minutes.
Finally add the Blue Dragon Teriyaki Sauce and the sesame seeds, mix and leave for 1 minute until the ingredients are combined.
Serve immediately with Oriental Express Rice Noodles.
