- Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan or wok. Add the chicken and sauté over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through (about 10 minutes).
- Reduce the heat and add the garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir for a minute until they release their aromas.
- Add the sweet chilli sauce, honey and mix well to coat the chicken. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Serving: Once the sauce has thickened, serve hot and sprinkle a little sesame seeds if desired for extra flavor and appearance.
