- Boil the eggnoodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain them and rinse them with cold water.
- You prepare the vegetables: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil. Sauté the Oriental Express vegetables and continue to sauté until tender but still retaining some crunch. Add the spring onions at the end.
- Add the Oriental Express sweet chilli sauce .
- Combine with the egg noodles: add the noodles to the pan and stir well to combine with the sauce and vegetables. Cook 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve:
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, spring onions or some fresh coriander if you have some.
