- 500 g shitake mushrooms, dried, soaked in water according to the instructions on the package, well drained (in deli and good grocery stores)
- 100 g ginger
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 hot pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 bok choy (Chinese cabbage), divided into its leaves, finely chopped
- 100 g Florina pepper, in thin sticks
- 100 g baby Oriental Express cornflakes, drained, rinsed and dried
- 100 g broad beans, peeled from their pointed ends and cut in half
- 1 teaspoon of white granulated sugar
