- Add one portion of noodle to 500ml of boiling water and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Immediately rinse the noodles in plenty of water and drain them well.
- Beat an egg in a bowl and “bind” it with the noodles.
- Divide the noodles into two portions and cover them with plastic wrap.
- With the help of an object (e.g. a glass), shape the noodles and place them in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- In a non-stick pan, over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil and very carefully place the noodle in the pan.
- In 3-5 minutes, when it turns golden on one side, flip it over on the other side.
- Add the rest of the ingredients: rocket, sweet chili, burger, cheese, egg, green onion.
