- Preheat the oven to 190° C in air mode and lightly grease the baking tray.
- In a wide saucepan, heat the sunflower oil and sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and ginger for about half a minute.
- Add the onion and broccoli and continue sautéing for about 1-2 minutes, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add 600 ml of water, salt and pepper and boil for about 2 minutes, until it starts to boil.
- Soak the noodles in hot water for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the noodles to the pot and stir for about 1-2 minutes, until blended.
- Pour the mixture into the baking pan and spread it evenly. Scatter the tuna and grated cheese and bake for about 5 minutes, until the pasta is tender.
- Place the oven in the grill mode and continue cooking for about 2-3 more minutes, so that they brown on the surface.
- Remove from the oven, allow 5 – 10 minutes and serve.
