Noodles with Meatballs and Sesame

Ingredients

  • 225g. Oriental Express Rice Noodles Flat
  • 4 tablespoons Blue Dragon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Dragon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Dragon Sesame Oil
  • 250g Pork Mince
  • 50gr Bread, crumbs, grated
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of Ginger, Grated
  • 1 egg
  • 2 .p. Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ½ tablespoon of salt
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped for garnish
  • Corn oil for frying

Execution

  1. Prepare the noodles, following the instructions on the packet. Set them aside by spraying them with a little corn oil to prevent them from sticking.
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, bread, ginger, garlic, egg, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Knead well and form small, round meatballs.
  3. In a wok or deep frying pan, over high heat, heat the corn oil with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and fry the meatballs for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and dry the meatballs on paper towels.
  4. Next, prepare the sauce for the meatballs by mixing the soy sauce with the honey and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  5. Clean the wok and place it back on a low heat, pouring in the sauce mixture. Once slightly hot, pour in the meatballs and leave for about a minute, shaking gently so that the mixture coats the meatballs.
  6. Serve the meatballs on rice noodles, garnished with spring onions.
