- Prepare the noodles, following the instructions on the packet. Set them aside by spraying them with a little corn oil to prevent them from sticking.
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, bread, ginger, garlic, egg, oyster sauce and sesame oil. Knead well and form small, round meatballs.
- In a wok or deep frying pan, over high heat, heat the corn oil with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and fry the meatballs for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and dry the meatballs on paper towels.
- Next, prepare the sauce for the meatballs by mixing the soy sauce with the honey and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Clean the wok and place it back on a low heat, pouring in the sauce mixture. Once slightly hot, pour in the meatballs and leave for about a minute, shaking gently so that the mixture coats the meatballs.
- Serve the meatballs on rice noodles, garnished with spring onions.
