Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
- Rinse the baby corn and bean sprouts in running water and drain well.
- In a wok or deep pan over high heat, heat the sesame oil.
- Add the pork and sauté for 2 minutes, tossing with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Then add the spring onions, garlic, celery, carrots and the rest of the soy sauce and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Add the baby corn, bean sprouts and chili sauce, stir and let sit for 1 more minute.
- Finally add the noodles, mix well and serve immediately.
