Pork with Noodles Express and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 420g  Oriental Express Baby corn cut in half
  • 410g Oriental Express Bean Sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons Oriental Express Chili Sauce
  • 500g  Oriental Express Noodles Family
  • 300g Pork fillet cut into strips
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of Garlic, crushed
  • 2 sprigs of celery, finely chopped
  • 2 Carrots cut into strips
  • 4 tablespoons Blue Dragon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Blue Dragon sesame oil

Execution

  1. Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Rinse the baby corn and bean sprouts in running water and drain well.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a wok style pan or a deep pan if you don’t have a wok.
  4. Add the pork and sauté for 2 minutes using two tablespoons of soy sauce.
  5. Then add the spring onions, garlic, celery, carrots and the rest of the soy sauce and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the baby corn, bean sprouts and chili sauce, stir and let sit for 1 more minute.
  7. Finally add the noodles, mix well and serve immediately.
