- Place the salmon fillets on a large sheet of foil.
- Add 8 tablespoons of Oriental Express sauce , the onion and the spinach.
- Fold the foil well and bake at 200 Cᴼ for 15 minutes. Then open and bake for another 5 minutes without the foil.
- Remove the fillets from the foil, garnish with the remaining sauce, grated pistachios and serve with salad.
