Salmon with Chili Dip Sauce & Chili Dip Sauce Pistachio

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 10 tbsp Oriental Express Chili Dip Sauce
  • 1 diced onion
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 40g grated pistachio

Execution

  1. Place the salmon fillets on a large sheet of foil.
  2. Add 8 tablespoons of Oriental Express Chili Dip Sauce, the onion and the spinach.
  3. Fold the foil well and bake at 200 Cᴼ for 15 minutes. Then open and bake for another 5 minutes without the foil.
  4. Remove the fillets from the foil, garnish with the remaining Chili Dip Sauce, grated pistachios and serve with salad.
