- Place the salmon fillets on a large sheet of foil.
- Add 8 tablespoons of Oriental Express Chili Dip Sauce, the onion and spinach.
- Fold the foil well and bake at 200 Cᴼ for 15 minutes. Then open and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Remove the fillets from the foil, garnish with the remaining Chili Dip Sauce, grated pistachios and serve with salad.
