- Cut the vegetables either with a knife on a cutting surface or with a “mandolin”.
- Fry the onion and add the rest of the ingredients, so that they are slightly wilted, except for the soy, with the seed oil. We want them to keep. Because they’re already going to cook. Add the soy and stir, bring to a boil and remove to a plate to cool.
- Cut the sheet widthwise into 3 pieces. And wrap a tablespoon of filling, like cheese pies. We have made the “glue” 1 tablespoon of flour with a little water, to be like a thin paste. When you get to the edge of the roll, put some “glue” to make the edge stick.
- Bake at 180° in the oven until golden.
- The last and most important step is to dip them in the sweet chilli sauce or Oriental Express’ special spring roll sauce in a ratio of 1 to 2.
