Chinese New Year is China’s biggest holiday and is considered the most important family celebration of the year!
It lasts for about 15 days filled with spectacular events, family tables with delicious dishes and recipes of Asian cuisine.
Celebrate Chinese New Year with us with an easy recipe of Rice Noodles, Chicken and Soy Sauce!
Rice Noodles preparation
- In a saucepan, boil water, remove from heat and add 4 nests of Noodles Rice. Let them soak for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir, rinse with plenty of cold water, drain the noodles and set aside.
Stir Fry Sauce and Material Preparation
- In a bowl, add 6 tbsp Sushi Dipping Sauce Oriental Express, 200ml vegetable stock, 2 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 tsp pepper and mix to make the Stir Fry Sauce.
- Cut the chicken into thin slices. Marinate with 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, 2 teaspoons of Sesame Oil, 2 tablespoons of Sweet Chili Sauce and 2 tablespoons of Chili Sauce. and pepper. Set aside for 15′.
Cooking
- Heat the wok or a deep frying pan over high heat, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil.Once hot, add the chicken and sauté until cooked.
- Add the bell pepper, carrot and beans and stir for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the noodles, onion and Stir Fry Sauce and mix all the ingredients very well for 1 more minute.
- Remove from heat and serve with additional onion and sesame seeds.
