Execution

Enjoy a quick and flavorful stir-fry with Oriental Express Family Noodles, crisp bean sprouts, colorful vegetables, and rich teriyaki sauce – a perfect Asian-inspired meal for any day

  • In a pot of boiling water, add 4 servings of the following ingredients Oriental Express Family Noodles and cook for 4 minutes, stirring 2-3 times.
  • Once boiled, drain and rinse with plenty of water, drizzle with a little oil and set aside.
  • Place a frying pan or wok over high heat, and add 2 tablespoons of the oil. 2 tablespoons of Blue Dragon sesame oil and then the grated carrot, mushrooms and a little salt. Sauté for 1-2 minutes and transfer to a plate.
  • In the same pan, add 2 tbsp. Sousse oil and the chopped ginger and stir for 1 minute to release its aromas.
  • Add to the pan the Blue Dragon Teriyaki Sauce and then the Noodles, Oriental Express Bean Stones, carrot, mushrooms and chopped spring onion and stir for 2-3 minutes to mix all the ingredients well.
  • Serve in a bowl and decorate with a little sesame seeds.
