Prepare the Noodles:
In 500ml of boiling water, add the egg noodles and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Rinse immediately under plenty of cold water, drain well, spray lightly with vegetable oil, and set aside. -
Marinate the Pork:
In a bowl, combine the pork with the marinade ingredients.
Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. -
Stir-Fry the Ingredients:
In a wok or deep frying pan over high heat, heat the sesame oil and vegetable oil.
Sauté the marinated pork for 1–2 minutes until lightly browned.
Add the celery, mushrooms, red pepper, red onions, broccoli, and mixed Asian vegetables.
Stir-fry for another 2 minutes. -
Finish & Serve:
Drizzle with soy sauce.
Add the cooked noodles to the wok, toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
Serve immediately.
