An easy and quick recipe for the most delicious Sweet and Sour Chicken you’ve ever tasted!
- In a pan or wok, add the olive oil and turn on the heat.
- Once hot, add the chicken and cook until browned.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Drain the Asian Vegetables with Pineapple and Baby Corn in a colander.
- In the same pan, add some more olive oil, the Asian Pineapple Vegetables, Baby Corn and the bell pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Sweet Chili Sauce for Dipping Oriental Express and the chicken to the pan.
- Cook, stirring until the ingredients are cooked.
- Remove from heat and serve with rice.
