Sweet and Sour Pork with Extra Pineapple and Rice

Ingredients

  • 350g fat-free pork fillet cut into thin strips
  • 1 jar of Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 300gr. Basmati Rice
  • 1 tablespoon of Blue Dragon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Dragon Soy Sauce
  • 1 carrot cut into strips
  • 1 red & 1 green pepper cut into large cubes
  • 100 g fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 red onion cut into cubes

Execution

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the pork and stir-fry for 2 minutes until lightly browned.

  4. Add the soy sauce and mix well.

  5. Add the peppers, carrot, onion, crème fraîche, and pineapple to the wok. Sauté for another 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

  6. Pour in the Sweet and Sour Sauce and stir to combine. Let it cook for 1 more minute.

  7. Serve immediately with the cooked rice
