Sweet & Sour Pork with extra pineapple & Rice

Ingredients

  • 350g fat-free pork fillet cut into thin strips
  • 1 jar of Blue Dragon Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 300gr. Basmati Rice
  • 1 tablespoon of Blue Dragon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Blue Dragon Soy Sauce
  • 1 carrot cut into strips
  • 1 red & 1 green pepper cut into large cubes
  • 100 g fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion
  • 1 coc. Onion cut into cubes

Execution

  1. Prepare the rice following the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pan and add the pork.
  3. Add the soy sauce and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Then add the peppers, carrot, onion, crème fraîche and pineapple to the wok and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the Sweet and Sour Sauce, mix and let it sit for 1 minute until the ingredients are combined. Serve immediately with rice.
