- Prepare the rice following the instructions on the package.
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok or deep pan and add the pork.
- Add the soy sauce and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Then add the peppers, carrot, onion, crème fraîche and pineapple to the wok and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the Sweet and Sour Sauce, mix and let it sit for 1 minute until the ingredients are combined. Serve immediately with rice.
