What is a panko?

Panko: the easy and quick solution to brown meat, vegetables and more!

What is the Panko

The panel is a mixture of fluffy breadcrumbs made from white bread and is particularly popular in Japan.

It is now used all over the world, in homes and restaurants, for breading and to give a crunchy texture to various ingredients.

Instances we love to use it:

– To coat meat, fish, seafood, vegetables and other ingredients

– To make cheese, vegetable, fish and other croquettes.

– To give a crunchy texture to meatballs, meat rolls & burgers

– Over bechamel or lasagna with minced meat

What makes Panko irresistible

If you are a fan of fried food, but prefer your food to be light, then the panco is perfect for you.

The main reason is because it can keep the outside of the fried food crispy and fluffy, while keeping the inside juicy.

Due to its production process, panko does not absorb oil, so the result is that it creates a dry and light crust on the material we want to fry.

Also, it does not affect the taste of the material at all, since it is taste-neutral.

How the Panko is used

The Blue Dragonpanco is very easy to pan your materials.

1. Pass the material of your choice through the beaten egg and then through the pancake.

2. Fry in a wok, pan or fryer until golden.

Panko will give your food a delicious, crunchy texture and make your dishes unforgettable!
